About Our Team

Dr. Ashleigh Byrne, MD – Pain Management Specialist at Crash Pain & Injury Clinic

Ashleigh A. Byrne, MD

Dr. Byrne’s passion for pain medicine began early in her medical career, during a transformative summer working alongside a pediatric anesthesiologist named Ana-Lucia in Guatemala. Ana-Lucia’s compassion and dedication to relieving children’s pain left a lasting impression, revealing the profound impact that effective pain management can have on quality of life. Inspired by this experience, Dr. Byrne chose to focus her medical training and career on pain medicine.

Pain management is a dynamic and rapidly evolving specialty. With advances in technology such as spinal cord stimulation and the development of innovative medications, new possibilities for patient care continue to emerge. Despite this progress, pain is still often overlooked in traditional medical practice. Dr. Byrne is committed to addressing this gap through comprehensive, empathetic, and evidence-based care.

She believes in crafting personalized treatment plans that go beyond simply reducing pain—plans that restore function, support independence, and improve overall well-being. Her multidisciplinary approach may include targeted procedures, responsible medication management, and physical therapy, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Byrne is a proud mom of three incredible kids and the owner of four energetic dogs. She is an amateur chef and loves experimenting in the kitchen, especially when cooking for her family. She’s also a passionate skier and a committed fitness enthusiast. Whether on the slopes or spending time at home, she finds that staying active and connected helps her maintain the balance and perspective essential to delivering exceptional care.
